    It all starts somewhere. Testing allows to have a baseline of where you started. Testing varies from sport to sport, but will be checked every two months should you want to retest, which is recommended to ensure training is working efficiently.

  • Fitness Training

    Training will vary based on sport due to the different muscles used. It will also vary based on age. It is recommended to train 2-3x / week to ensure the best results, but at minimum 1x / week.

  • Nutrition Training

    Tailored nutritional strategies help athletes: Maximize energy and endurance during practices and games, speed up recovery times and reduce injury risk, build sustainable habits for long-term health and performance.
